а) общ. (действие, имеющее намерение причинить кому-л. вред)
б) банк., амер. (отказ в кредите, сокращение лимита кредитной линии, изменение ставки процента или иных условий кредитования, что является неблагоприятным действием с точки зрения клиента кредитного учреждения; в соответствии с законодательными требованиями, клиент имеет право, ознакомившись со своим досье и узнав причину совершенных банком действий, добиваться исправления ситуации)
